June Lim is a registered psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is one of the very few practitioners in Singapore dually trained as both a Clinical and Health Psychologist. June has extensive experience in both the acute hospital and private settings. She specialises in supporting clients with chronic pain, chronic skin conditions (such as Eczema and Trichotillomania), dementia, and cognitive impairment, alongside a wide range of psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, and insomnia.
June employs an eclectic approach, utilising techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Besides working with individuals, June also is also trained in Gottman Method Couples therapy and integrates evidence-based approaches to help couples deepen connection, manage conflict, and rebuild trust.
As a trained mindfulness facilitator and certified personal trainer, June advocates for a holistic view of health, believing that everyone deserves access to mental health services to lead their best life. Her work is grounded in compassion, developmental insights, and a strong belief in each individual’s capacity for growth and healing.
