Casey Yong is a psychotherapist who supports adults and young adults (ages 21 and above) navigating trauma, relational challenges, addiction, and major life transitions. She works extensively with both substance-related and behavioural addictions, alongside clients seeking clarity in their relationships, coping patterns, and emotional well-being.
Her clinical experience includes working with PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), developmental trauma, grief, workplace stress, communication difficulties, dating and relational patterns, and the emotional impact of job loss or career transitions. Casey has also supported individuals facing retrenchment and restructuring through her involvement in a corporate project focused on employee well-being and adjustment.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and relational approach, Casey facilitates a reflective and clinically attuned space for clients to process their experiences, understand long-standing patterns, and build psychological flexibility.
She is currently completing her Ph.D. in International Psychology (Trauma Services) with The Chicago School. Casey speaks English and Mandarin fluently and works with clients across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
