SAC Registered Counsellor
Caroline is a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University. She is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting, the Gottman Method (Level 2), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Believing that the decision to seek counselling is a courageous act of self-care, Caroline strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can freely express themselves and navigate life’s challenges. In her sessions, she adopts a person-centred and integrative approach, tailoring each intervention to meet her clients’ unique needs and circumstances.
Her experience spans working with young adults, adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, and older adults facing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, past trauma, fears and phobias, self-esteem issues, anger management, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, work burnout and infidelity.
Before becoming a counsellor, Caroline spent over a decade in the banking industry, giving her deep insight into the pressures and stressors of the modern workplace
Warm, empathetic, and grounded in authenticity, Caroline journeys alongside her clients as they work toward self-recovery, self-acceptance, and emotional well-being.
