Audrey leads strategy and growth as the Country Manager for Singapore while simultaneously providing dedicated counselling services. Having transitioned from the corporate world, her professional background provides her with a deeper understanding of the unique pressures and challenges professionals face. This is uniquely complemented by her clinical experience working with clients in substance abuse and recovery settings. This broad range of experience allows her to support clients through both professional challenges and complex, high-stakes personal recoveries with exceptional resilience, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. She is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for adolescents, adults, and professionals to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work towards personal growth. She supports clients experiencing issues of anxiety, stress and burnout, relationship-related issues, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, career challenges, anger management, and substance use issues.

Audrey’s therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills to help clients explore change, strengthen motivation, and achieve their personal goals. She tailors each session to the individual’s unique needs, working collaboratively at a pace that feels comfortable for the client. Clients describe her approach as warm, respectful, and non-judgmental. She believes every individual possesses strengths and inner resources that can be nurtured, and she strives to build therapeutic relationships founded on trust, openness, and mutual respect.

Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and provides counselling services in both English and Mandarin.
