Leah Selakovic is a Psychologist with holistic collaborative approach, focusing on fostering clients’ self-efficacy, resilience, and empowerment by leveraging their intrinsic strengths and capabilities.
Leah has over a decade of applied experience in corporate environments. She works primarily with adults presenting with mood disorders, including anxiety, and provides interventions for stress management. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals undergoing significant life stressors such as divorce, interpersonal relationship difficulties, life transitions, and cross-cultural adjustment. She has provided psychological services to professionals in sectors including insurance and financial services, e-commerce, and information technology.
Leah also works with young adults addressing challenges such as cyberbullying, traditional bullying, parental divorce, relationship strain, life stage transitions, and academic stress. Her clinical work with adolescents includes providing structured interventions and psychoeducation to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and resilience.
In addition, Leah has more than four years of dedicated clinical practice with individuals managing complex mental health conditions, including psychotic disorders, grief, depression, anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). She has facilitated one-on-one therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and group-based interventions. Through these modalities, she has developed and implemented evidence-informed strategies to assist clients in navigating psychological distress and promoting mental well-being.
Her professional practice is informed by a multicultural perspective, shaped by extensive residence and study across Europe, the United States, and Asia. She has nearly two decades of experience training and consulting with C-suite executives in the domains of business management and psychology, with expertise in employee engagement, workplace well-being, interpersonal communication, high-performance leadership, and organizational culture transformation.
Originally from the former Republic of Yugoslavia, Leah began her academic journey in art and classical history before expanding her studies to include alternative medicine, information technology, philosophy, classical literature, and psychology—building a multidisciplinary foundation for her clinical work.
