Lanurse is a Counselling Psychologist with close to 2 decades of clinical experience across public healthcare, higher education, and private practice in Singapore. She received her professional training in Australia and has supported adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, and adjustment difficulties.
In addition to her clinical work, Lanurse has extensive experience in crisis intervention and the development of mental health programmes and training. She is passionate about making psychological knowledge practical and accessible through workshops, community education, and professional training.
Lanruse adopts an evidence-based, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside clients to help them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
