Jasper is a qualified and experienced counsellor with over 10 years of professional practice and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling. He provides ethical, client-centred counselling within a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. His work is informed by evidence-based approaches and a strong commitment to professional standards. Throughout his career, he has worked effectively with people of diverse cultures, identities, ages, beliefs, and life experiences, providing a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their concerns.

Jasper approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, recognising the unique strengths, values, and challenges each person brings. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, and personal growth. Jasper is committed to cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and ethical practice, ensuring that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered.

In his practice, Jasper is also skilled in Solution-Focused Therapy, working with clients to identify goals, build on existing resources, and develop practical strategies for positive change. Rather than focusing solely on problems, his approach emphasises clients’ strengths, resilience, and future possibilities. Jasper supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
